About JAM-IN Crawfish Tools
Born out of love and necessity, JAM-IN Crawfish Tools were created when our founder saw her elderly mother struggle to peel crawfish. In 2017, the tool was officially patented to help make crawfish eating easier and more enjoyable for everyone — from first-timers to seasoned pros, and especially for those with disabilities. Built with stainless steel, food-grade wire, an ergonomic handle, and dishwasher-safe design, the JAM-IN Crawfish Tool offers a simple, effective solution for a timeless tradition.

I'm the owner and creator of the JAM-IN Crawfish Peeler. I'm an independent woman and business owner with a diverse background. I've built three successful Texas restaurants from the ground up. My next endeavor is to ensure my JAM-IN Crawfish Tool is just as successful.
